Hello! I love being at Vonore Elementary School, and I am so blessed to work with such a great group of colleagues, I call family. Monroe County has always been my home. I began school at Madisonville Elementary School and finished at Madisonville High School.  I love our school system and I am very proud to teach the students of Monroe County! I began working as a substitute teacher, then moved into an aide position, and finally becoming a teacher here at VES.  At home, I enjoy spending time with my husband Mike, and our two schnauzers, Sassy and Sully. My son Phillip and daughter-in-law Kerilynn have given me a grandson, Cole to love and enjoy watching grow. 

 

Playing with Cole and going to the beach (any beach) are some of my very favorite things. I also enjoy relaxing while reading. 

 

I am so excited to begin our new school year!
