Hello, my name is Dr. Kirkland. I have been married for 20 years. We have 3 children and one cat.   I grew up in Monroe County and graduated from Tellico Plains High School.  A couple of my favorite things: color-Blue, food-ice cream, drink-Caffeine Free Diet Pepsi, candy- whoppers and whatchamacallit candy bars, hobbies- spending time with my family, and reading.

 

I have been blessed to have worked in the Monroe County School System for my entire career.  Though I have been in the education system for 20 years, this is my fourth year as an Assistant Principal.  I am so very blessed and honored to work with all the wonderful students, faculty, and staff at VES!!
